E. GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE CONVERSION TRACKING

This website uses Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our interest is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers”. To do this, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters can be measured to measure success, such as display of ads or clicks by users. MailChimp is a service that can be used, among other things, to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. email address), it will be stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA.

MailChimp is certified according to the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA that is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.

With the help of MailChimp we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (so-called web beacon) connects to MailChimp’s servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message was opened and which links, if any, were clicked on. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. They are used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyzes can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.

9. USE OF OUR WEB SHOP

If you would like to order in our webshop, in order to conclude the contract it is necessary that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required to process the contracts is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. To do this, we can pass on your payment details to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR.

With the help of the “Sofortüberweisung” procedure, we receive a payment confirmation from Sofort GmbH in real time and can begin fulfilling our obligations immediately.

If you have chosen the “Sofortüberweisung” payment method, send the PIN and a valid TAN to Sofort GmbH, which they can use to log into your online banking account.
